Lonnie Wheatley, BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (May 10, 2023) – This week’s racing action gets off to an early start with a Wednesday night WoO tilt as the series invades Posse land for the Gettysburg Clash at Lincoln Speedway.
The Lincoln card leads the way into two nights at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday and Saturday.
Brad Sweet leads the Outlaw forces into PA by just two points over Carson Macedo with Williams Grove fan favorite David Gravel just 28 points off the lead pace. They never forget.
Danny Dietrich sits atop Hoseheads Central PA points and leads points at Lincoln as well as being knotted atop the point charts at Williams Grove with Freddie Rahmer.
Among other weekend highlights is a pair of All Star events, beginning at Jacksonville and then a card versus IRA at Wilmot while NARC contests the Peter Murphy Classic at Kings Speedway for two nights and Knoxville goes again after Aaron Reutzel swept last weekend’s 410-ci and 360-ci features.
After a full weekend and a day of rest, High Limit gets back to action next Tuesday in Haud Land at Wayne County.
A mix of wingless action includes an MSCS stop at The Class Track while Winged 360’s brings about a pair of ASCS National cards in Missouri and SCCT joining in on Saturday’s Peter Murphy Classic action at Kings among others.
Friday finds open action at Butler Motor Speedway in Michigan and ASCS at Electric City Speedway in Butler, but Missouri rather than Billing, Montana. And, you can also find ESS at New York’s Utica-Rome Speedway that is neither in Utica nor Rome, but rather in Vernon. And SCONE starts at Devil’s Bowl on Saturday, but it’s the one in Vermont. Bring at atlas.
Midgets also race on with a POWRi stop at Mighty Macon.
