Sanders Holds Rod End Supply Winged 360 Power Rankings Lead!

Lonnie Wheatley, BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (September 28, 2022) – Gunning for his first time to finish atop the Rod End Supply Winged 360 Sprint Car Power Rankings, California’s Justin Sanders takes a 120-point advantage into this weekend’s Short Track Nationals at I-30 Speedway.

Sanders added his 27th top-five of the season in Saturday’s SCCT card at Petaluma to maintain the lead.  Among those 27 top-fives are eleven feature wins.

Sanders has finished second in Rod End Supply Winged 360 Power Rankings twice before including last year and 2014.

While Sanders’ advantage is 120 points, the battle in his wake is a furious one with a single point separating the trio of Dylan Westbrook, Wayne Johnson and Blake Hahn.

Westbrook currently has the edge for second by just one point with Johnson getting the nod for third over Hahn based on his seven feature wins versus just three for Hahn.

New Jersey’s Davie Franek rounds out the current top five as Shane Golobic and Terry McCarl slip to sixth and seventh, respectively.  Chase Randall has jumped a pair of positions to eighth after a Sprint Invaders win at 34 Raceway this past weekend with Derek Hagar climbing a pair of spots as well after adding his 12th win of the year at the fabled “Ditch” (Riverside International Speedway) as Garet Williamson fills out the current top ten.  Williamson picked off a Sprint Invaders win over the weekend as well at Quincy, IL.
